1. Form a team of faboulous teammate n be prepare to have FUN
2. Ensure you do the 80% of Nutrition proper. Before/During/After Viper Challenge. Eat healthy n proper nutrition.. My
experience ramai yg cramp masa Viper Challenge becoz not proper nutrition. luckily
we have Herbalife yeay! Shake2 baby!!
DON'T FORGET TO EAT BREAKFAST!!!
3. Do strenght and cardio training proper & consistent if which is only 20% of the process. Highly recommend to do 5km dan 12km atleast sekali seminggu. Viper is not a walk in a park. Really test your Endurance!! more info boleh klik kat sini.----> 20% training very important!
4. Work out Upper body. Banyak obstacles yg melibatkan kekuatan tangan dan bahu. workout in the gym for upper body strenght.
5. TEAMWORK is everything in viper challenge. Help each other in your team and even not your team. True story during last Viper Challenge, one of my team mate cramp di tengah hutan kelapa sawit, cannot walk. No first aid dalam hutan tu. One chinese guy stopped and offer his muscle spray. okay tak tau ape nama benda tu.hahaha. tapi bila spray rasa cramp tu hilang sikit and he can walk again. Alhamdulillah. This is what I love about Viper Challenge The Teamwork!
6. Take Alot of photos whenever you can because this might be your one an only Viper CHallenge.
7. Have a good rest a night before and dont forget carbo loading a night before. Makann!!
8. Pakai kasut yg sesuai. JANGAN PAKAI KASUT BURUK sebab banyak obstacles melibatkan air, lumpur n tapak kasut mudah tertanggal kalo pakai kasut buruk. Aku Recommend kasut getah or kasut hiking yg grip. No need kasut mahal2 sebab sayang akan berlemuih dalam lumpur.
9. Pakai baju lengan panjang atau inner yg tak nipis sangat sebab ada obstackle yg kena merangkak atas tanah kalo x berbirat tangan kner batu.
10. pakai Glove sgt digalakkan kerana byk menghadapi cabaran permukaan kasar dan keras. Jika participant tamo spend hi cost for fancy branded glove (which is akhirnya akan berlemoih dgn lumpur), beli je glove org kerja kontrak tu. Ambik guntin potong separuh bhgn jari jemari tu. Tadaaa.. U ll get a super cool rm3 glove! U ll make it to the finishin line anyway.. <--tips from my team mates.
Aku beli glove daiso je. Tak yah glove memahal Rm 50 bagai. Kalau tak da sgt Pakai je glove berkebun pon ok asalkan glove.

11. Bawak protein bar / energy bar / pisang / makanan yg boleh hi protein n karbo sebab 5 jam yg penuh onak duri tu serius melaparkan dan boleh kena hypoglecemia. pisang station disediakan but just bawak standby. Seriously we need lotsa energy to go to finish line.
12. Pakai seluar PANJANG dan yg Tebal dan kalau boleh pakai legging dalam seluar sebab banyak kes seluar koyak / berlubang. Especially kat bontot. Ouchh!!
13. Travel light tak payah bawak beg bagai macam nak pegi camping. Boleh bawak beg utk protein bar / phone saja. Air tak perlu bawak sebab water station banyak sepanjang jalan.
14. Utk yg bawak phone make sure guna beg Kalis air tu. Kalau tak ada beg tu dinasihatkan x payah bawak fon. Bahaya too much water n risk. Anyway Best bawak phone boleh snap pic banyak2. selfiee!! Yeayy!!
15. Leave nobody behind. Remember viper challenge is not competition. Tak ada pemenang hanya finisher. So jangan tinggalkan team mates anda sorang2. Walk with them together. U got nothing to rush.
16. Jangan minum air banyak sangat kalau tak selesa bertoilet di semak samun. Tapi aku minum banyak jugak air dan menahan diri sepanjang perjalanan. Gigih!!
17. First aid disediakan tapi kalau ada spray cramp muscle or handyplast boleh la bawak incase cedera dalam hutan.
18. Help and motivate each other along the way. Honestly I dont think I can finish Viper Challenge without support from my team mates. Semua orang mainkan peranan. Thats why rule no1 find a fabulous team mates! Yeahhh!!
19. 100% mindset to take all the challenges prepare to have loads of FUN.
